How many guests can I bring?

Members may bring up to three guests per visit depending on membership level.
Members must be present at all times. Guests must sign a waiver before playing.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Can I share my membership access code?

No. Access codes are for your personal use only.
Sharing your code results in a $150 fee per occurrence and may result in suspension or termination of membership.

What happens if someone breaks the rules?

We keep things relaxed, but safety matters. Failure to follow safety rules or conduct guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership.

What if I damage equipment?

Members are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their guests due to careless or intentional misuse.

When will I be charged?

Accepted Answer

Your membership renews automatically on your monthly anniversary date.
Example: If you join on April 18, your card will be charged on the 18th of each month.
If that date does not exist in a given month, your card will be charged on the last day of that month.

Question 6

What happens if my payment fails?

Accepted Answer

If your card declines, your membership will be suspended until payment is updated.
If payment is not resolved after multiple attempts, your membership may be terminated and access disabled.
A $20 service charge applies to rejected payments.

Are membership fees refundable?

Monthly and prepaid fees are non-refundable.
Annual memberships are non-refundable after the first 30 days of the initial term.

Each tier is designed to fit different levels of play and flexibility.

Do memberships automatically renew?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly memberships renew month to month.
12 month commitments renew for the same term length.
Annual memberships renew year to year unless canceled.
Members are notified of any pricing or policy changes in advance.

Can I cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All memberships require 30 days written notice to cancel through Member Services.(https://www.thegolfloungetx.com/contact-us)
If you are in a 12 month commitment and cancel before completing your term, an early termination fee equal to two months of service will apply.
Monthly memberships require 30 days notice and may include one additional billing cycle during that notice period.
There are no refunds for time already billed or paid unless noted below.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee for annual memberships?

Yes. If you purchase an Annual Membership paid in full and decide The Golf Lounge is not the right fit, you may cancel within the first 30 days of your initial term.
After the first 30 days, annual memberships are non-refundable.
We want you to feel confident joining. If it is not the right fit early on, we will work with you.

How long are tee times?

Non-members: 1 hour minimum per booking, up to 3 hours total.
Members: 2 to 3 hour bookings depending on membership level.

Question 13

What is an active tee time?

Accepted Answer

An active tee time is a reservation you currently have booked.
Depending on your membership level, you can have one or two active tee times at a time. Once you complete or cancel a tee time, you can immediately book another.

How many tee times can I hold at once?

Accepted Answer

Par & Birdie Members: One active tee time
Eagle Members: Two active tee times
Once you use or cancel a reservation, you can book again.

Question 15

What happens if I miss my tee time?

Accepted Answer

If you miss your scheduled tee time without canceling at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be considered used and cannot be refunded or credited.
We encourage members and guests to cancel in advance if plans change so someone else can book that time.

Can I reschedule my tee time?

Yes. Tee times may be rescheduled prior to your reservation time through the booking system or by contacting us.(https://www.thegolfloungetx.com/contact-us) 
Rescheduling must occur before your tee time begins.

Do I need a membership to play at The Golf Lounge?

No. The Golf Lounge is open to the public. Memberships are completely optional.
Memberships are perfect for those who plan to play often and want added savings, priority access, and flexibility. But if you just want to book a bay and come hang out, you absolutely can.

Is it BYOB?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Golf Lounge is BYOB. We ask that all guests drink responsibly and be of legal drinking age. By choosing to bring alcohol into the facility, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk. The Golf Lounge is not liable for alcohol consumption or related incidents. No coolers are allowed. A refrigerator and freezer are available for customer use.
We are here for good swings and good times. Let’s keep it safe and respectful.

Are refreshments available?

Yes. We provide bottled water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for members and guests. Feel free to bring your own beverages and snacks.

Question 20

Do I need to bring my own golf clubs?

Accepted Answer

No. Clubs are available to rent if you do not have your own.
Rental Options Available:  Right handed adult and youth clubs available for rent. $30 per booked session.
